Emilia’s Portraits

Emilia started by booking a consultation with me online. We chatted about her ideas and how she was looking to celebrate her 26th birthday with a photoshoot. But it wasn’t just about her 26th birthday the goal was to express her love and gratitude of reaching 26k followers on her instagram page before turning 26. I was all in and dedicated to helping her achieve this. On her instagram, @emilianthoughts, she focuses on body positivity and fashion as a size 18/20. Since this photoshoot she is now at 29k followers! We started the photoshoot with her in my egg chair. I decorated the egg chair with dried florals from Eden Florals and a disco ball. Carefully I handed her the cake and we both tried not to dye our hands blue in the process haha. I brought in some blue light to showcase her favorite color.

We moved on to the couch for the next shoot. I thought on my feet on how to shoot the cake without having her hold it and I remembered I had a floral stand I had not yet used. Carefully I placed the cake upon a gold centerpiece with hanging crystals. We then moved to the table and allowed some natural light in.

Once we moved onto natural light we moved closer to the window so she could get some glamour shots.

Lastly, she changed her outfit and I photographed a few fashion shots.
